Sacred Groves respects your privacy and provides registered users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
You can request account deletion either directly through the Sacred Groves mobile application or by contacting us using the details below.
1. Delete Your Account Through the Sacred Groves App
If you have access to your Sacred Groves account, you can submit a deletion request directly from the mobile application.
Follow these steps:
- Open the Sacred Groves mobile application.
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Profile / Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Select the reason for deleting your account.
- If you select Other, enter your reason in the provided field.
- Review the information displayed on the screen.
- Confirm and submit your Account Deletion Request.
Once submitted, your request will be sent to the Sacred Groves administration system for processing.
2. Request Account Deletion Without the App
If you are unable to access the Sacred Groves mobile application or your account, you can submit an account deletion request by email.

In your email, provide sufficient information to help us identify your account, such as:
- Your registered name
- Your registered email address
- Your registered mobile number, if applicable
For your security, do not send your password, OTP, authentication token, or other confidential login information by email.
We may contact you to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request.
3. What Happens After You Submit a Request?
After an account deletion request is submitted:
- The request will be recorded in the Sacred Groves administration system.
- The request may be reviewed to verify the account and request.
- The request will be processed by the Sacred Groves administration team.
- Once completed, the account will no longer be available for normal use.
- Personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized as appropriate.
Submitting multiple requests is not necessary while an existing deletion request is being processed.
4. Data That Will Be Deleted
When an account deletion request has been verified and completed, personal information associated with the account may be deleted or anonymized, including, where applicable:
- Name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Profile information
- Account authentication information
- Other personal information directly associated with the user account
The exact information deleted will depend on the information associated with the account and applicable retention requirements.
5. Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Security and fraud prevention
- Resolving disputes
- Preventing misuse of the service
- Maintaining appropriate operational or administrative records
Where appropriate, retained information may be anonymized so that it is no longer directly associated with the deleted account.
6. Processing Time
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period.
Processing time may vary where additional account verification, security checks, or legal requirements are necessary.
7. Cancelling a Deletion Request
If you submitted an account deletion request accidentally and it has not yet been completed, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will review the request. Cancellation may not be possible if account deletion has already been completed.
8. After Account Deletion
Once account deletion has been completed, the deleted account may not be recoverable.
If you wish to use Sacred Groves again in the future, you may need to register a new account.
