About this Sacred Grove
Panjapalli Anjaneyar Temple is a powerful Hanuman shrine located in Panjapalli village near Hosur, Krishnagiri district, amidst serene forest and hills. Lord Anjaneyar, standing tall in blessing posture, is worshipped as Sankat Mochan, the remover of fear, evil and obstacles. It is believed the idol was installed by villagers after Hanuman appeared in a dream to protect them from wild animals and epidemics. Devotees flock here on Saturdays, offering butter, vada mala and sindoor, believing he grants strength, health, relief from Shani dosha, marriage success and protection from black magic and accidents. Chanting Hanuman Chalisa here is said to bring quick miracles.
