This sacred grove is located at Pechiparai village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, near the Pechiparai Dam. The presiding deity is Pechiyamman Devi, worshipped for protection, rain, prosperity and family welfare. The grove spans approximately 2.3 hectares with dense sacred forest and natural vegetation. Maintained by local community and temple committee, felling of trees and removal of forest produce are strictly prohibited. Annual Kodai Vizha festival is celebrated grandly. The grove preserves biodiversity, mother goddess traditions and ecological harmony.
